Holloway Foo were commissioned to design the entrance, reception and common areas of a newly refurbished 35,000sqft office block in the heart of Birmingham’s business district. A sophisticated yet subtle palette of materials creates a relaxed, welcoming and contemporary yet timeless feel to a new fit out.

Olive Ash timber veneer and leather strengthen this feel bringing warmth and comfort. A contemporary edge is introduced through colour change lighting feature walls washing spaces with coloured mood lighting.
