My father’s drive to create quality things along wit his fascination with detail is my inspiration. It became my drive to become an architect.
DIRECTOR, RIBA
Carl Holloway
Carl’s journey to become an award-winning architect started when he was a young boy.
His father was managing director of a successful national construction company, so as well as playing building blocks Carl saw real buildings come to life first-hand. When he was 18, Carl went into architectural practice gaining experience of designing and managing projects from the drawing board through to completion.
His hard work and dedication led him to being named Birmingham Post Young Construction Sector Personality of the Year in 2006, just three years after founding Holloway Foo.
